Bishop Milner Catholic College is currently looking to appoint an inspirational and motivational teacher of Science with the potential ability and/or proven track record to achieve excellent results. This is an exciting opportunity to inform and support the curriculum and student offer, as well as assisting the students to achieve their true potential.
The Science Department is committed to securing the highest levels of attainment for all students. 2017 GCSE results evidence that 68% of students achieved a C and above in Additional Science, 100% of students taking Triple Science achieving C or above. Bishop Milner offer a full complement of Science subjects at A Level and Level 3.
Our ideal candidate will be a skilled practitioner who is dedicated to securing high levels of attainment for all our students through consistent outstanding teaching and learning. A specialism in Chemistry would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will be a strong team player, committed to the college ethos of high expectation and aspiration for all.
